Lowongan Kerja Magang Mantappu Corp Januari 2023 - Mantappu Corp. merupakan perusahaan manajemen bakat Indonesia yang membanggakan dan telah membangun influencer internasional di seluruh dunia sejak 2018.

Mantappu Corp. merupakan perusahaan manajemen bakat yang didirikan dengan nama PT Mantappu Berkat Digital.

Dengan 10+ kreator terkelola, dengan nama seperti Jerome Polin, Jang Hansol, Leonardo Edwin, dan banyak lagi, Mantappu Corp. bercita-cita untuk melayani KOL kualitas terbaik untuk solusi pemasaran digital.

Kami telah bermitra dengan perusahaan dan individu lain dari berbagai industri untuk memastikan bahwa layanan kami tidak terbatas tetapi berkembang. Dengan membantu merek menavigasi pasar yang berubah dengan cepat dan mendorong bisnis baru untuk didengar, kami bertujuan untuk menciptakan komunikasi digital yang solid yang penting.

Pada kesempatan kali ini Mantappu Corp yang berlokasi di Jakarta kembali membuka lowongan kerja bagi lulusan S1 untuk mengisi beragam posisi Magang yang sedang kosong dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut:

1. Marketing Intern

Qualification

• Final year student and/or fresh graduate from a reputable university.
• Preferably majoring in business, marketing, and/or communication studies and or have relevant experience in related fields.
• Have experience (internship) or any other activity related to marketing in e-commerce is a plus.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel data analysis.
• Capable of brainstorming some seriously cool and out-of-the-box ideas!
• Ability to multitask, good analytical skills, high attention to detail, writing and communication skills.
• Hungry for new knowledge and eager to learn about new things.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end social media & e-commerce marketing campaign and activation.
• Contribute to content planning for social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Engage with customers, addressing inquiries, and providing support.
• Assist in product research, vendor and purchasing management.
• Assist in inventory management and communication with the warehouse team.

2. Project Intern

Qualification

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing Communication, Project Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in administrative roles or project coordination is advantageous.
• Proficient in time management, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.
• Creative, Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating initiative in problem-solving and task completion.

Responsibilities

• Completing administrative tasks required by the Project Team.
• Assisting the Project Manager in overseeing deadlines and collaboration milestones for the project.
• Regularly updating the Tracker viewers’ YouTube account Nihongo Mantappu.
• Aiding in the compilation of insights data for Mantappu talents every two months.
• Supporting the project team’s needs during field activities alongside the Project team.

3. Content Production Intern

Qualification

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Film Production, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills, including typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro, etc.
• Knowledge of video production techniques, including audio editing, transitions, effects, and color grading.
• Understanding of social media platforms and content optimization for different channels.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling content for social media platforms according to brand guidelines and provide briefs.
• Edit and assemble video footage, graphics, and animations to create compelling video content for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
• Assist in creating designs for external projects as directed by supervisors, maintaining consistency and quality standards.

4. Social Media Talent Intern

Qualification

• Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for TikTok and a strong understanding of its features, trends, and community dynamics.
• Creativity and a knack for generating innovative content ideas that resonate with TikTok’s audience.
• Charismatic, talk-active, and comfortable in front of the camera, capable of engaging viewers and conveying messages effectively.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Capcut, etc.) to produce high-quality TikTok content.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience with TikTok content creation, hosting, or administration is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Social Media Officer (SMO) to serve as a host for TikTok videos, presenting content in an engaging and charismatic manner to captivate the audience.
• Utilize video editing skills to enhance TikTok content, ensuring high-quality visuals and seamless transitions to attract and retain viewers’ attention.
• Assist the SMO in managing the Mantappu Corp TikTok account, including handling administrative tasks, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining the overall platform’s functionality.

5. Design & Video Editor Intern

Qualification

• Final year student and/or fresh graduate from a reputable university. Preferably majoring in DKV, advertising, communication studies and or have relevant experience in related fields.
• Proficient in using Video Editing & Designed visual Software (Adobe, and etc).
• Oversaw video package creation, including authoring script, editorial, footage-gathering, trimming footage, and creating audio and visual effects.
• Capable of brainstorming some seriously cool and out-of-the-box ideas!
• Ability to multitask, good analytical skills, high attention to detail, writing and communication skills.
• Hungry for new knowledge and eager to learn about new things.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end Mantappu Entertainment Channel content production & projects.
• Brainstorm content ideation and contribute to content planning for Mantappu Entertainment Channel, and all social media management support.
• Engage with audience, team, and talent.

6. Creative Content Intern

Qualification

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Strong creative thinking skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Generate innovative and engaging content ideas aligned with Mantappu Entertainment’s brand and audience preferences.
• Develop captivating scripts, storylines, and creative concepts for YouTube videos and social media content.
• Write compelling titles, descriptions, and captions for YouTube videos and social media posts to maximize audience engagement and visibility.
• Manage Mantappu Entertainment’s social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
• Assist in developing content calendars and schedules to ensure a consistent and strategic content flow.

7. HR Operations Intern

Qualification

• Pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Notion, etc).
• Basic understanding of databases; SQL is a plus.
• Knowledge of automation tools is beneficial (Python, etc)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Enthusiastic about learning HRIS & Data Management.
• Previous HR internship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain employee data using Excel.
• Generate reports to support HR decision-making.
• Provide administrative support and manage records.
• Identify and suggest process improvements.
• Assist in implementing technological solutions.
• Contribute to special projects under HR guidance.

8. Business Innovation Intern

Qualification

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Excellent research abilities, including proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Sheets and Slides, for data analysis and presentation purposes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the process of generating, developing, and launching new ideas to drive innovation within the company.
• Analyze the performance of existing business units to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas of potential improvement.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
• Track and analyze industry trends to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Assist in resource allocation decisions by providing data-driven recommendations.
