Saat ini PT Adaro Green yang berlokasi di berbagai wilayah Indonesia kembali membuka lowongan kerja bagi lulusan S1 untuk mengisi beragam posisi yang sedang kosong dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut:
1. Security Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Security Management/ Law/ equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience as Security Manager
- Experience in handling Risk Assessment, Emergency Response Protocol, Security Management in construction project/ Hydropower project
- Good communication & leadershipp skill
- Willing to be placed in Malinau (North Kalimantan) with roster based
Responsibilities
- The Security Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the facility, personnel, and critical infrastructure. This role requires a proactive leader with extensive knowledge of security protocols, emergency response, and regulatory compliance in the energy sector.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures tailored to the KHN project.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead and supervise security personnel, ensuring effective training, development, and performance management.
- Coordinate and oversee emergency response plans, drills, and training exercises to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.
- Investigate security incidents, document findings, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare and present regular security reports to senior management, outlining risks, incidents, and improvements.
2. Social Management Jr. Executive
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Social Management or Social Investment
- Previous experience in rural areas and community development projects.
- Prior experience in the energy and sustainability sector is a valuable asset.
- Strong relationships with community leaders and local government officials are advantageous.
- Knowledge of local dialects (Lundayeh and Punan) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, as well as photography and videography skills, are considered additional strengths.
- Willing to be placed in Malinau - North Kalimantan
Responsibilities
- Building relationships with the community and community leaders to listen to grievances or social issues arising from ongoing projects.
- Documenting these grievances for reporting purposes.
- Collaborating with superiors in conducting social studies.
3. Senior Land & Wayleave Executive
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years of extensive experience in land acquisition and wayleave management, with a strong focus on hydropower projects.
- Proven track record in successfully acquiring land and securing necessary wayleave agreements for hydropower project sites, including negotiation and legal compliance.
- Advance experience in managing stakeholders from different backgrounds and influences.
- Preferably have an experience in hydropower construction project
- Have high confidence and good interpersonal skill
- Willing to be located in Malinau, North Kalimantan Site (Roster based)
Responsibilities
- The management of land and wayleave matters with the relevant authorities and affected communities.
- Provide advisory services to the Contractor’s and technical team on matters related to land and wayleave.
- Provide advisory, support and technical services on land surveying and mapping.
- Liaise with Land and Survey Department on the land acquisition/subdivision survey for projects.
- Enforcement and provide preventive measures to safeguard company land & properties.
- Custody, registry, and safe-keeping of survey maps/plans and survey-related documents & computation.
- Responsible for the maintenance of survey tool and equipment.
- Responsible for monthly report on land matters for Monthly Progress Report and Steering Committee Meeting.
4. Mapping & Modelling Sr. Technician
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Engineering
- Having minimum 3-5 years of experience as mapping & modelling
- Experience in operating & maintaining drone for aerial photography & contour generation.
- Expertise in integrating GIS Information with CAD.
- Knowledge on BIM, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS and related engineering software.
- Ability to execute task within tight schedules & deadlines.
- Willing to be located in Malinau, North Kalimantan Site (roster based)
Responsibilities
- Prepare, modify and update drawings of all disciplines according to Industry Best Practice within required timeline.
- Liaise with project management team, consultants, and relevant stakeholders, to ensure proper coordination between drawings and design requirements.
- Work closely with consultant’s GIS and CAD expert.
- Translate and organize information from sketches into proper ACAD format drawings.
- Review all working drawings with quality and in timely manner.
- Integrate GIS information with CAD.
- Perform quantity takeoff based on GIS information, design and drawings.
- Operate and maintain drone for aerial photography and contour generation (if required).
- Coach and supervise junior draftsman.
