Untuk kamu yang mau pindah posisi atau perusahaan - tidak salah jika kita berganti pekerjaan, akan tetapi jika kamu berganti pekerjaan dalam waktu yang singkat HRD mungkin akan berpikir kalau kamu bukan orang yang loyal, hal itu tentu akan berbahaya juga bagi HRD untuk memutuskan menerima kita atau tidak, karena bisa saja kamu nantinya mencari pekerjaan di perusahaan lain, yang akan mempengaruhi ritme kerja perusahaan.

Sebelum kamu melamar kerja, maka pastikan kalau kamu mempunyai kemampuan seperti kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan, atau kamu memang mempunyai kompetensi untuk posisi tersebut. Dengan demikian maka kamu mempunyai kesempatan untuk diterima ketika sedang melamar pekerjaan pada suatu perusahaan.

Lowongan Kerja Pocari Sweat - Di awal berdirinya pada tahun 1997, Otsuka merupakan perusahaan afiliasi dari Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co, Ltd Jepang yang memulai perjalanannya di Indonesia dengan nama PT Kapal Indah Otsuka. Perusahaan ini terbentuk dari hasil investasi bersama antara Otsuka Pharmaceutical Jepang dan PT Kapal Api dengan Pocari Sweat sebagai produk pertamanya. Kemudian di tahun 1999, PT Kapal Indah Otsuka merubah namanya menjadi PT Amerta Indah Otsuka.

Semakin berkembangnya perusahaan, pada tahun 2004 PT Amerta Indah Otsuka membuka pabrik pertama yang terletak di Sukabumi, Jawa Barat menyusul 6 tahun berikutnya pabrik Pocari Sweat di Kejayan, Pasuruan, Jawa Timur didirikan.

Dengan keberhasilannya dalam memasarkan produk, hingga kini produk yang dihasilkan telah didistribusikan di seluruh Indonesia. PT Amerta Indah Otsuka gencar melakukan pendistribusian baik secara langsung melalui kantor cabang resmi maupun distributor-distributor yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia dan Asia Tenggara.

Seiring dari kemajuan perusahaan, Otsuka berkomitmen untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas dengan mengimplementasikan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008, Sistem Keamanan Pangan ISO 22000: 2005, dan Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan ISO 14001 : 2004.

Pada kesempatan kali ini PT Amerta Indah Otsuka (Pocari Sweat) kembali membuka lowongan kerja bagi lulusan S1 untuk mengisi beragam posisi yang sedang kosong dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut:

1. GA, Legal & Compliance (Intern) 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal & compliance research on case law and regulations.
  • Help organize compliance training sessions for employees and develop educational materials.
  • Data Privacy Support – Support compliance with personal data protection laws (Indonesia’s PDP Law)
  • Assist in Compliance Digitalization Development 
  • Assist in ensuring the implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to meetings and discussions, providing your perspectives and learning from the experience and knowledge.
  • Placement:  HO, ODI, Area

Requirements

  • A Fresh Graduate with bachelor's degree in Law or Industrial Engineering.
  • Good skill in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), having a good skill in making slide presentation is a plus;
  • Have strong desire to learn, a team player with good attention to details, and willing to work with an agile environment.
  • Have a good analytical skills – ability to support assessing risk, review policies, and analyze regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill (Bahasa Indonesia and English).

2. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably at the supervisor level.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Experience organizing recruitment events such as job fairs or campus hiring.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with external partners (schools, universities, and vocational training centers).
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia for recruitment activities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of workforce requirements across all branches of PT Amerta Indah Otsuka.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand specific role requirements and determine appropriate sourcing strategies.
  • Plan and organize recruitment events such as job fairs, mass recruitment, and campus hiring.
  • Build partnerships with vocational training centers, vocational schools, and universities to expand the candidate pipeline.
  • Supervise and mentor the intern to support recruitment tasks.
  • Ensure the completeness of candidate data and related recruitment documentation.
  • Prepare monthly recruitment reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

3. Brand Communication Executive - SOYJOY

Requirements

  • Integrity is a must ~ able to work without supervision.
  • Must be able to drive a car and have a car driving license (SIM A)
  • Have a can-do attitude, great initiative, analytical skills, and creative ideation.
  • Love to learn & be a better person every day
  • All majors are welcome, yet graduates from Nutrition Science, Public Health Science and Food Technology are preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome and if you have an affinity for social media e.g Tiktok/Instagram would be a great plus.

4. Head of Trade Marketing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in trade marketing within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful trade marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • has good Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools and good knowledge of market research methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated trade marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and manage trade marketing budgets effectively by monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Lead and manage a team of trade marketing professionals.
  • Develop and execute innovative in-store marketing programs & ensure effective execution of in-store programs across all channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of in-store marketing programs on sales performance.
  • Collaborate effectively cross-functional teams internal and external stakeholders.

5. Legal Assistant Manager

Qualifications

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in law from a reputable university
  • Has a minimum of 6 years of legal experience including managing a team, with mixed background as an in-house counsel or external lawyer.
  • Has strong understanding of foreign investment law and corporate law.
  • Experience in handling contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
  • Experience in handling all business license and investment activity reports (LKPM) through Online Single Submission (OSS).
  • Have an advocate license (member of PERADI).
  • Proven experience in handling litigation case.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal in English.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all legal operations, ensuring the company complies with foreign investment law and corporate law.
  • Work closely with legal team member in drafting, reviewing and negotiating to protect the company's interests, including maintain all business licenses of the company.
  • Collaboration with various departments to ensure legal risks are identified and mitigated in business operations, event and projects.
  • Coordinate with General Affairs team for the end-to-end process of land acquisition/purchase, including land surveys, land release, and permitting.
  • Prepare reports and present legal insights to the team to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with legal developments in the food and beverages industry and advise the company on any changes or potential impacts.
  • Handle legal disputes, manage litigation processes, and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of legal policies, rules, and guidelines.
